Cabin in Pine Mountain Club: 2 bed, 1 bath. Blue House in Saugus: 2 bed, 1 bath. Tiny Studio: 1 bed, outhouse
I have been interested in real estate properties since I was young.
My mother was a realtor and I went along with her on many occasions to view homes; the older ones with interesting characters and architectural styles were always my favorites- the ones that had nooks and crannies and little corners for no reason, or built-in book cases.
Some kitchens didn’t have space for a fridge! My dad was an engineer and handyman I enjoyed going to the lumberyard and hardware store with him. The tiny house idea has always appealed to me, as did living “off the grid.” I’ve always wanted a cabin in the woods.
So, my Pine Mountain cabin came first. Then I built my “treehouse” and most recently, I bought my “Blue House” in the forest of Bouquet Canyon. Pine Mountain Club is a private community with amenities available at the nearby clubhouse. These include a golf course, tennis courts, game room, swimming pool and restaurant. Please visit pinemountainclub.net for more information.
If you’re renting for a weekend, please remember to bring Linens, towels, bed sheets, pillow cases and all personal hygiene items. There are none at the cabin. If Verizon is your carrier, there’s a local tower that will provide cell service once you enter the area. If you are with another carrier, WiFi is available at the clubhouse. Bookings for one week or longer have access to Internet browsing and email. For more info, please contact me directly to discuss the options. There are games, toys and a DVD player. Bring your own (or rented) DVDs with you. Please leave the cabin in the condition you first found it.
Please use the pellet stove for heat. Instructions for its proper use are located at the cabin. Keep children away from the pellet stove when it is operating. The instructions for turning water on and off are in the notebook. Please be sure to turn off all lights and the pellet stove upon leaving, and be sure to place keys back in the lock box. In the event of an electricity outage, there is a propane heater in the shed outside, and candles in the kitchen.
Most importantly–relax and enjoy yourselves!
